Typing tap audio.

Captivate v2.0
I'm duplicating slides that include a typing object and I'm using these slides as still (static) screen shots. I've reduced the slide timing to the minimum but a single tap (undoubtedly the final keystroke) sound plays with the slide. Can I remove the tap sound from an existing slide without having to deselect the "show typing" option? I need to show the typed text on the duplicated slide but the single tap is a bit annoying. Thanks for any help.
Ken.

Actually Rick I only want to mute a few slides (the tapping) but it appears it's an all or none choice. I've determined to re-record slides where necessary. This would be a great feature in a future release though, to be able to disable tap sound by individual slide.

Thanks.

Hi Ken

Try this. Click Project > Preferences... > Preferences tab and DE-select the option labeled "Play tap audio for recorded typing when project is generated". Then re-publish your project.

Hope this helps! Rick
