Captivate Problem

I am using Adobe Captivate 9. Earlier it was working fine. But from last one week, I have observed that whenever I am trying to create a quiz slide, I am getting the following screen.

Figure-1

Steps followed by me:

  1. Navigated to the Quiz tab.
  2. Question slide.
  3. Select the Multiple Choice check box.
  4. OK.

After clicking OK, I am getting the screen which I have mentioned in figure-1.

Expected:

The question and answer area were expected. In the question area, I can write down the question. Similarly, in the answer area, I can mention the multiple choice options related to the question.

Problem:

The question area is missing.

    Correct answer Lilybiri

    Yeah..

    OK. Try this:

    • Close Captivate
    • Look in Users\Public\Public Documents\Adobe\eLearning Aseets for the folder Layouts
    • Delete that folder, don't fear, it is a copy from the original folders. If you customized themes without saving them to anotherr location as a custom theme, you'll lose that customisation
    • Restart Captivate, the Layouts folder will be recreated from the original folder under the CP installation folder.

Which version of 9? You need most recent one which is 9.0.2.437.

Can you check the quizzing master slide for MCQ? Is it OK?

Either that theme is corrupted or the file. Can you for testing switch to

    another theme?
