Unable to download Captivate 2019 in Windows 11

I am using Windows 11 system. When I try to install trial Captivate version, I am getting below error. Please help -

Update required. Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system.

Try solution 3 given on the below article if the application has not yet been installed :-

If application already installed on your machine follow these steps :-

1. Close Captivate

2. Download file from following link: http://prdl-download.adobe.com/Framemaker/428037A8066D4558A7EF7D7D06CB5B72/1600836995996/AASIapp.exe

3. Copy downloaded file, go to following location and paste to replace the existing file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P7

4. Launch Captivate and check

Has anyone tried this? My work computer prohibits this download for me.

Check with your IT department. Your company may have a firewall that needs to be configured to allow you to download executable software from certain web domains. Most medium to large companies do this to protect their systems from picking up viruses and malware.

Legend

The present version of CP was released long time before Win11, and has not been tested on that OS. That may be the problem.
