Unable to hear audio in internet explorer and mozilla firefox after exporting as HTML5.

Hi,

I've created a course in Captivate 6 and imported audio files of .mp3 format for the same. After exporting as html 5 output, I've checked the output on Google Chrome 23.0, Internet Explorer 9 and Mozilla Firefox 10. I am unable to hear the audio in Internet Explorer 9.0 and mozilla firefox 10.0, but works fine in Google Chrome 23.0

Please advise, urgent

Not sure about why you are having the problem in IE9, but Firefox is not supported at all with Captivate 6 HTML5 output.

The official documentation states these browsers as supported with HTML5 output:

HTML5 output is supported only on iPads with OS version 5 or later.

HTML5 output is supported only on the following browsers:

    •   Internet Explorer 9 or later
    •   Safari 5.1 or later
    •   Google Chrome 17 or later

However - try updating your FireFox browser to a more recent version. Version 10.0 is over a year old and the most current version is 17.0.
