Unable to hear text-to-speech audio in when previewing slides in Captivate 7.

Hi

I'm having trouble hearing the text-to-speech audio when I preview my slides.  The audio plays fine when I play the slides from the timeline.  I've tried turning the mute on and off in the preview mode as well as using the standard text-to-speech voice that comes with Captivate.

    And Kathryn, did you try the other Preview modes, since you are talking only about the Preview Slide (maybe I'm wrong), which is not a real Preview mode.

    Have you tried to Publish your Project?

    If not please try to Publish and then Check .

    If audio is still not present in published output, check your setting under Preferences > Project > Publish Settings > Include Audio checkbox.  If unchecked, then check it again.
