Unable to import xml comments from shared review

Using Adobe Captivate 9.0, sent project for review to my peers. They exported their comments to a server, where I picked them up. Trying to import their comments I receive the following message for each review file ... reviewer@email.com.xml - File import was unsuccessful. Ensure that you import valid XML files of the current project only.

I have tried to run Captivate as Admin to import comments and I receive the same message.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
