Unable to install Captivate (2017) for International English language
Hi,
I am using a US English WIndows 10 PC.
I am getting an error

I have seen the instructions on this on the below URL.
Unable to install the deployment package for Captivate (2017) for International English language
Instructions are wrong anyway as I got a .zip file Captivate_2017_x64_LS21_192.zip and not any setup.exe & setup.z
The error is still the same even after Add Offline Media and replacing the setup.xml file as mentioned in the url above.
What to do now? I would be happy with any versions of English Captivate.
