I was going through that problem "Unable to load LMS API", finding solution of it, got tired now. What happened is that, I,d published 4 slides of Adobe Captivate in SCORM 1.2 compliance. After publishing when I unzipped the package and run the main HTML file in Google Chrome, it was giving an error "unable to acquire LMS API". I did try in other browsers also but same problem occured . Can anybody tell me what this problem means and how can i get out of it.

Thanks!

If you create a SCORM package, you are not meant to unzip and run the HTML-file, but to upload it to a SCORM compliant LMS.  That is the warning you got immediately. If you want to test without SCORM, uncheck Reporting, publish again (not as a SCORM) and try it out.

If you do not have access to the LMS, you can upload to SCORM Cloud, for a number of tests it is free.
