Unable to locate Captivate on Creative Cloud

I have a license for captivate, but as of today I have not received an email to activate or download.  I have a trial version currently.

Captivate is not in the Creative Cloud.

Which type of license did you buy: subscription or perpetual?

I was registered by my IT person for a subscription on our corporate account.

Sorry, I am just a user, have no idea how a team zubscription is working. For an individual subscription license it is sufficient to use the Adobe ID used when license was bought, but that is probably not the case for you.
