Unable to open MP4 file once published in CS5.5

Hello,

I am sorry if I am missing something really obvious here - but when I publish to an MP4 player - I cannot run and open the file.  Here is a screen shot of my publishing setting and the error message :

    It looks a bit like you don't currently have a program on your computer that is set to play MP4 files by default. On many systems (e.g. Win7) this would be Windows Media Player.

    Are you able to open Windows Media Player and navigate to the same LAN drive location to try and open the file?
