Unable to open narration in this presentation error

I am getting "Adobe Presenter is unable to open the narration in this presentation". I am using Office 365 on Windows 10. This happens with every powerpoint file new or old and I have tried reinstalling Presenter twice. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
