Unable to Play Animated Slides

I have recorded a software simulation and checked all setting required. The animation slides seem to blank out when they are suppose to display a drag and drop action. The audio inserted into the slide is functioning. Any troubleshooting suggestions? Thanks.

    Hello,

    Could you explain in which situation you had this problem: did you publish the movie, or did you use one of the Preview-possibilities? Did you 'Preview in Browser'?

    It helps if you mention the version of CP you are using.

    Hello,

    I am experiencing the same issue when previewing the movie (not in browser) and when it was published.

    I am using Captivate 3. Thank you.

    Hello again,

    When you are talking about 'animated slides', I suppose you are referring to portions of the simulations which are captured in Full Motion Recording? You can see this on the timeline, check if that is the case. In CP3, the FMR-portions are in separate files when published. You have to be sure to have all files being published. And BTW, when published I hope you will need the HTML-file and the JS-file. Viewing the movie can be done by starting the HTML-file. Perhaps you tried to start the main SWF-file? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but this could happen.

    You did not specify the Preview method: Project, from this slide, 5 slides. Previewing just one slide is not a good idea. Please try previewing in browser too.
