Unable to publish html5 Captivate 2019 project to Adobe Connect

Attempted to publish an HTML5 only project to Adobe Connect, and received an error message saying to check my internet connection. Same project will publish as SWF only.

Spoke with Abobe directly, and after much back and forth was told there's a bug related to the recent Adobe Connect upgrade. Has anyone else encountered this? Any word on a possible fix? This is beginning to impact my ability to get my job done.
