Unable to retake quiz with branch awareness active

Hello,

I am new to using Captivate but I am running into issues every time I create a project for the company I work for that has branch aware activated.  I need people to be able to retake the quiz if they fail, but when branch aware is active I get and error message on the quiz results of NaN%.  Once I take off the ability to retake the quiz that goes away but then I have to manually reset the modules for each employee (60,000+) and that has become a full time job.  Any guidance would be great.

    Do you also happen to have Submit ALL turned on as well?

    Combination of Branch aware with Submit All would lead to a very strict Required field change. But that is not the case here.

     

    Since I cannot reproduce the problem, have used Branch aware with multiple Quiz attempts, I wonder which settings could cause this. What did you use for the 'Required' field in Quiz Preferences, Settings?

    Could you also tell which exact version you are using? Full version number as can be found under Help, About Captivate please.
