Unable to see Adobe Fonts listed in Captivate 2019

I cannot see my Adobe Fonts (TypeKit) listed in the available fonts. There should be a group "Adobe Fonts" but all I can see is Theme Fonts, Web Safe Fonts and System Fonts.

My fonts are synchronised in the CC Desktop app and I can see them in CC apps.

Is anyone else having this issue please?

    I has happened to me as well. Try this:

    • Close Captivate
    • Sign out of the CC application
    • Sign back in to the CC app
    • Restart Captivate, normally it will now synchronize.

    Since a while it also happens that you need to reactivate fonts which you didn't use in a while in Adobe fonts.
