Unable to upload using Captivate 8 to Prime

I have had some success uploading from captivate 8 to the trial version of Prime. However, one of my larger projects will not upload. It goes all the way through the upload progress and acts as if it uploaded but then shows up in the module library without the Cp designation beside it. Also in the Notifications in Prime, it says An Internal Error has occurred.

I did an online chat with an Adobe help specialist and they said to make sure that Reporting was enabled, so I checked it and tried again but still get the same problem. My zip file size is only 70 KB. The main difference between my projects that successfully uploaded and the one that will not is the test questions and videos. Is there a special setting in the Quiz Reporting that needs to be set to? What should the LMS setting be set to?

    There is currently an issue with uploading to Captivate Prime from within Captivate.

    Try publishing your SCORM package and then uploading to Prime OUTSIDE of Captivate.  Does it work then?

    I’m already attempting to upload outside of captivate. Captivate version 8 does not even had the feature to upload from within it.

      There was an issue with module upload in general but it is working fine now. Please try to upload your project once again and if it still doesn't work, do share your project with us and we will have a look into it.
