Unable to use "Jump To Slide"

I've been attempting to do what I assume is called "branching" in Captivate 2. I simply want to put a button or click box on a slide that will take the user back to the beginning of a section and allow them to review that entire section. Example: end of section 1 is slide 15. I want to put a button on slide 15 that will "jump to" slide 3 to start over. I have, so far, not been able to get any form of "jump to" to work either going forward or backward. In either preview mode or published when I click on the "jump to" button, nothing happens. I've gone through all the tabs and option boxes as best I can and simply am stumped on what I'm missing.
