Unable to use licensed Adobe Captivate 2019

I have a valid license for Captivate 2019, but all of a sudden since the last few hours, attempting to launch the application displays this message "Unable to start your subscription for Adobe Captivate".... the application then freezes and crashes eventually. 

 

Can someone please help me fix this issue? TIA.

Hi Vivek217970799uol, 

 Please try the following workaround:

  1.       Close all of the Adobe applications.
  2.       Log OUT of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  3.      Sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud.
  4.      Launch Captivate.

It worked for me. Hope it helps.
