Unable to use 'preview' function

Question

Using Adobe Presenter 10 and now unable to use the "preview' function.

It appears to work, with creating files, audio conversion, and custom viewer by showing progress on the status bar but when it is about to generate the actual preview (grey screen), it continues to load (green circle load symbol) to no end. Have tried to preview single slide and multiple slides - same effect.

Should also note that the Publish function works fine.

Any help would be truly appreciated.

I am REALLY disappointed in Adobe for not responding to any of the "cannot preview" complaints. I am having the same issue and not getting any help. Our ISD dept cannot figure it out either. I've only had this program for 2 weeks and it has been nothing but problems. Highly recommend NOT to buy. Where is the Adobe support???
