Unable to view the output after publishing file in Captivate 4

Hi,

I published a file. For some reason the View output is not enabled...As a result I cannot see the published file.

My intent is to download the published file into Articulate 9.

Appreciate if you can provide me with a solution.

Publish again, and this time, look to see if the box is ticked to Zip files. If it is, uncheck that box.
