Unexpected challenges in Captivate 9

Hi All,

I am working on a project in Captivate 9 and facing few challenges whenever i close and reopen the captivate files.

I have set some variable conditional actions on the stage and few buttons, however after opening the file the conditional action changes to standard actions and also the assigned value fields are also missing.

I am facing this issue most of the time and fixing it manually.

Is there any particular reason for this issue and permanent fix. This is really impacting the work we do in captivate.
