Unexpected Lines in SVG After Image Trace

I used Image Trace in Illustrator to turn a hand-drawn sketch into a logo. Everything looked fine in Illustrator, but after exporting it as an SVG, some random lines appeared that weren’t visible before.

Is this a common issue with Image Trace? Any tips on how to clean it up or prevent it from happening?
