unresponsive buttons, blank slides in 6.0

I upgraded from 5.5. to 6.0 (32 bit).  When I preview my presentations, Im getting weird stuff like unresponsive buttons (back, next...some work, some dont) and some slides appearing blank (completely black).  Just wondering if there were any suggestions on what I could do before I try Adobe support.

    Hi,

    Welcome to Adobe Support.

    If the version of Captivate is not 6.0.1.240 then update it from Help>Updates and then re publish the project.

    If the step above would not work, please let me know:

    1) Which OS?

    2) Is the same happening with a new project?

    3) Are you opening the old projects of Captivate 5.5 in Captivate 6.0?
