Unsupported Chinese Text Captivate 2017

I am exchanging files with a customer in China, but we apparently don't share the same font for Chinese.  When I open their files in the United States, I get errors:

How do I fix this?

After some back and forth, we found the same font and installed it to the windows system using a .ttf file.
