"unsupported smart shapes" HTML5 and SWF How to publish?

I got ready to publish the project and found out that most of the interactions I created with smart shapes are not supported by HTML5 or SWF. Is there any way to publish my whole project? What can I do?

I am using shapes wherever possible, both as non-interactive and interactive objects, and don't understand the problems you have. Can you give more details and also mention which version you are using?
