Unwanted Multiple Completions

Hi All,

My LMS is telling me the following: 

With regard to duplicate completion, my team has provided the following feedback.

This course does not have a mastery score however, it is sending the partial score and lesson status multiple times in a session. As per Implementer’s Guide, partial score and multiple lesson status are not recommended.

I don't know what they are telling me to change. Their Implementer's Guide isn't very clear. I'm using Captivate 2019. I've attached a few screenshots of my settings. Any help would be apprciated!
