Update of audio files not working in Captivate 11.8.3

Hello,

For my work, I create several Captivate video files in multiple languages. We have finetuned a process over the past years to make this as efficient as possible. Basically what we do is the following:

1. Create a Captivate file in one language with screenshots and audio files from a dedicated folder (for example English)

2. Replace the audio and screenshot files in that dedicated folder with the ones from another language (for example French)

3. I save the Captivate file under a new name, select the audio files and update them (CTR+ALT+D), then do the same for screenshots

For what we do, this is super efficient and works perfectly in version 11.8.0. I now have a new colleague who installed Captivate Classic (11.8.3) and when he uses the update option, nothing happens. Anyone else who has this issue and (hopefully) a solution? If we have to change the media manually, this would slow down our work process enormously.
