Update Table of Contents

I set up my Table of Contents early in the project, and now I cant seem to update it with the changes I have since made to the overall project.  How can I update the Table of contents as I progress through my project?

In the TOC window there is a tiny icon that allows you to reset the TOC. It will update itself to include all the current pages and page titles. You will have to recreate any folders or items that you have moved right or up or down. Here is a screenshot that shows the icon.
