Updating a Captivate 6 Module to Captivate 9

Hello,

I am updating the content of a module created in Captivate 6 and I am using Captivate 9. While the edits went smoothly, I am thoroughly testing the entire module to make sure it works as intended and this is where my problems are occurring.

Every time I test the module, I get some unusual results. Sometimes the program freezes, sometimes images do not appear or show up in a different color and some quiz result captions get truncated. There seems to be no pattern or consistency to these issues; a slide that works fine one time will not the next. Sometimes these events happen on slides that were part of the module and sometimes they occur on slides I added to the module.

I have tested the module in both Preview and by using a browser; neither made a difference.

In the past whenever I had to update content created in an older version, I had images and text captions slightly askew. It was just a matter of going through each slide and making sure it looked like it should. But I never encountered these issues before.

Has anyone else had this problem and can anyone offer a quick fix?
