Updating Audio Clips

I have created a number of audio clips using Free Audio Editor. I then inported them to my Captivate 6 project. So far, so good. However, when I make a change to the audio clip in Free Audio Editor and save it, I frequently get this message when I try to update the audio clip in Captivate 6. Any idea what's wrong?

    From what I can tell, it looks like Captivate is losing track of where the file is saved. I created a new module, inserted an audio clip, changed it in Free Audio Editor, and then updated it in Captivate. It appeared to work fine.
