I am on the process of updating my resume with my skills as an Adobe Captivate professional.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the keywords and format?

Thanks

I would also take a look at some job descriptions in job advertising. I would modify my resume to match the descriptions an employer is looking for. In otherwords, if they are looking for an Adobe Captivate Developer, >poof<, you're an Adobe Captivate Developer, if they are looking for an eLearning Designer with experience in Adobe Captivate, >poof<, your an eLearning Designer with experience in Adobe Captivate. Get it?

Why not produce your resume as a Captivate project?  You can save it as a PDF, so still easily accessible, but also show off your skills in Captivate.

That would likely not be ATS friendly and not go through the automated filters before recruiters and hiring managers even see it.
