What is the current versions of Robo Help and Captivate. Is there a free

upgrade to the 2015 version

    Hi there

    I'm unsure of the actual version number for RoboHelp. I've been attempting all afternoon to download it with no success.

    But its name is RoboHelp (2015 Release).

    As for "free" upgrade to it, you would need to check with Adobe. I do believe there is a policy in place where if you had purchased it within a certain time frame before the latest version arrived it would be available at no charge. But I might be wrong about that. Only Adobe can say for certain.

    Current version of Captivate is 8.0.1.242.

    I heard version 9 was coming out and I didn’t know the free upgrade window since I purchased it in April of this year
