Hi Can i buy upgrade license for Captivate 9
Does the Adobe Captivate price is inclusive of full use of Adobe Stock?
My organisation has many licenses for Captivate 9, will I only able upgrade 1 for small department use

To my knowledge there is no direct upgrade from Captivate 9 to Captivate 2019.  You would need to be on Captivate 2017 to be able to purchase the discounted upgrade deal.  Check this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/captivate/system-requirements.html
