upgrading from Captivate version 1 to 3

We currently have Captivate 1 and are looking to upgrade to Captivate 3. How easy is it to move the movies/ courses I've created in version 1 into the new version 3 we are purchasing? How is it done?

Basically the process is as follows:

1. Save your project in version 1.
2. Close Macromedia Captivate 1.
3. Start Adobe Captivate 3.
4. Click File > Open and navigate to the project.
5. You should be prompted as to whether you wish to simply convert your old project to a version 3 project or if you would first like to save the project as a Captivate 3 project and leave the original version intact. Personally, I'd leave the original version intact and allow Captivate to save a new copy of the project.
