Uploading an Office 365 PowerPoint project into Captivate 2017

When I upload an Office 365 PowerPoint deck in Captivate 2017 - either as a .ppt or .pptx - only 2/3 of each slide converts. (It's always the right 1/3 of the slides that do not convert.)

Please see 'before and after' screenshots below. Does anyone have a fix for this or suggestions on how to remedy this? I've not encountered this before.

    In addition, had an Adobe chat session wherein the tech thought I needed to update the AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat files. That didn't help.
