Urgent - Video Connection Error

I have several videos mp4 files inserted as event videos - they play when previewing in play slide view but when published I get a connection error? I am using IE 10 as browser.

I have read details about having to convert to FLV files i tried this but with no luck.

This not seem to be a browser issue nor a Flahj player issue as if  I create a couple of slide project in Captivate and insert the videos on the first or second slide, they play perfectly. The Active x is disabled so according to previous fixes...im lost.

Do you have MAC or Windows ?

Have a tried a different browser ?

What output are you publishing ?

Hi Vikram

Thanks for your reply.

Captivate is V 6.0.1.240

Windows 8

Output is SWF/HTML

Flash PLayer 10, I have tried 11 as well.

Browser IE10

As I mentioned, if i create a 2 or three screen test project in Captivate and put the video (as an evemt video) and publish this it publishes perfectly.
