URL - button properties in captivate 4

Question

Can someone tell me the difference between parent and top for a CP4 button with a hyperlink? I have a slide that was imported from PowerPoint - the user must click to advance to the next slide. So, the entire slide is a click box to advance. But, I also have a link to a webpage that is optional. Ideas?

Hi thereThe whole Parent and Top issue deals with content that is presented from inside a frame or a frameset.The options allow you to create links that will escape the confines of the frame.Unless you know your Captivate is being presented from inside an HTML Inline Frame or a Frameset region you can safely ignore these options.
