URL links are broken when published in html

When previewing in captivate the url points to the correct one. When publishing or previewing in HMTL it brakes  the link "adding" arbitrarily a "25" on the URL.

The URL is assigned to a smart shape acting as an object.

    Do NOT use %20 in the url in Captivate it is being re-encoded. Use:

    www.pa.gob.mx/publica/rev_42/ANALISIS/Fernando Korstanje_4.pdf

    It's best if you put an underscore in the pdf name instead of a space.
