User Feedback on Every Slide

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to see if we can include a mechanism on every slide for users to provide feedback, which we then can evaluate. If that is NOT possible, what would be the next best thing?

Maybe it would be possible to add text entry boxes on every slide and let them report to the LMS?

I want to add, that we will be publishing this in Adobe Connect. Is there maybe a possibility there?
