user option to buy not to download even if she has license

hi, primary admin Ela Molek see Mucko Zvezdana (user) as normal user of captivate license, but Mucko Zvezdana has in her portal only option to buy Captivate license and not to download it. Why is that? Please help. thank you, Ela

I believe they are trying to get started with using the current version of Captivate.  It would also appear they have some type of a volume license?

It is ok if you don't know how to answer the question, Lilybiri.  I moved the discussion here as someone should be able to assist with the Getting Started process for Captivate.
