Using APIs to get LMS data

We are interested in pulling LMS data into Captivate  2019 using APIs. How can we go about doing this?

    We want to extract other information from the LMS such as date of hire, country, things that we cannot currently pull.  Would we need to work with a specific team at Captivate to build this?

    You'll need a programmer for sure, I cannot help you because my expertise is in Captivate functionalities.

    Is there someone we need to contact there at Adobe that we would work with on this?

    That looks like a 'reversed' workflow. Two variables are populated automatically from the LMS data in most LMSs: cpQuizInfoStudentID and cpQuizInfoStudentName. They are used in learning interactions like the Certificate. Which other type of information do you want to extract?
