Using Captivate 13, our LMS software does not recognize the completion of one of three modules. All three modules have the same preference and quiz settings.

Used Captivate 13 to create 3 separate training modules.  Module 2 of 3 does not show complete in our LMS and will not allow successful completion of the modules.  All three modules were created with the same Preference and Quiz settings in Captivate 13.

Each module ends with a non-graded knowledge check question slide.

I am not able to determine what our LMS is missing to show complete for the module.  Adjusted many different settings in Captivate and LMS software with no success.
