Using Captivate for ipad training

I need to create training videos for a browser application on an iPad. Is there anyone who can tell me if this is possible with Captivate. I currently have version 6. I tried Mirroring360 but Captivate will not record the session. Does Adobe have an iOS emulator that would work on a Windows PC with Captivate?

Captivate 9 has a Device Demo for iPad but it works only with a Mac system. There are very few Mac 'experts' here around to help other users, hope you'll get an answer about its functionality.
