Using Control +D in a Captivate 9 course

We are trying to show how a piece of software works.  One of the steps has Control +D being pressed to close a window.  When we've done this in a Captivate 9 published course the Add to Favorites window for IE opens.  Is there a way to have the Internet short cuts turned off?

Thank you,

Susan

Not usually.  The browser 'sees' these keystroke shortcuts well before the content playing inside the browser does. That usually means you have no control over this area.
