Variable to communicate waived status to LMS

Is it possible for a user defined variable to send waive informaiton to LMS rather than Pass/Fail or Pass/Complete? Or is there a system defined variable i am missing that can be used to send a waive status to an LMS? 

I use both Captivate and Lectora and have struggled to find a way to make this work for either, though of course, Google AI says it is possible! Anyone have experiance with this?
