Video automatically playing with bullets fading in at the same time

Hello. First time posting here. I need some help please. I have a slide with a video that starts automatically upon arrival. I would also like bullets to fade in during the video. It appears the playhead stops though until I physically click the play button again on it. Any tips on how to make this bullets fade in automatically without having to click on the play button control? Please help. I am actually in the process of teaching myself to use Captivate so I have no background in it. This may be a very easy thing to accomplish but I cannot figure it out. Thank you!

Buttons _27 and _28 are pausing the slide at 1.5secs! Why? I suspect those are the custom navigation buttons down right in orange. Why do you provide both custom navigation and a playbar?

I cannot see which effect you applied to the Text captions. Maybe you unchecked 'Display Effect in Timeline'? Or did you use the Fade In Transition for the Text Caption. Anyway it will not appear automatically due to the pausing I mentioned.

Can you post a screenshot of the stage and the timeline?
