Video content not showing when exporting to PDF

Hi there,

I have created an eLearning project in Captivate 2017, and want to publish it as a PDF file.

All of the links, quiz interactions and audio work great, but none of the video content shows up in my PDF. The video content shows when I publish it to the web, and locally when I preview etc. In the PDF, the default background I created displays instead of the video file placed over it.

I created a test file in InDesign and published that and the videos show up fine (I did this to ensure it wasn't an issue with flash player on a Mac or whatever)

I'm using the latest version of Captivate and OS 10.11.6 (El Capitan) and I'm attempting to view the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

Any idea why the video content won't display in a PDF file exported from Captivate?

Can you let me know if you found a solution to this? There is interest here in putting demo videos in pdf files. The results with importing MP4 in pdfs have been abysmal.
