Video Demo Captivate 2019 Subscription

Hello

I have recently subscribed and have searched the forum and not quite found my issue. I launch C2019 and then click andd create or double click the video demo. The larger window dissappears and then momenmts later the launch screen with the project options dissapears and the program closes. Software sim and the rest work but no the video demo.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no joy.

Hp Spectre x360, i7, 16gb ram
