Video Demo Does Not Show Mouse Movements

My coworker has Captivate 8 on her computer and she created a video demo.  I downloaded the video file and the accompanying audio file onto my computer, which is running Captivate 9.  When I inserted the demo into a new CPVC slide ( I inserted the movie file and audio file), it plays fine, but the mouse movements, typing, and navigating on the screen do not show up at all on my computer (the one running captivate 9).  Help!
