video demo mixed with regular slides

In my demos videos, I use a lot of demo slides mixed with regular slides; however, with Captivate 7, I have an issue that at playback, it shows the video slides loading. I have combated this in the past by publising to YouTube, but with the demo I'm currently working on, it may be played in an area with no internet connection. I tried publishing the video to mp4, but it still shows the circular "loading" image just before the video slides. The demo I'm working on is for a new web-based software, and I don't want to give the viewer the impression that the software takes time to respond or load. Any way around this?
